Enhanced Custom Headgear Effect

Refined cowboy hat - only sniper/bard class able to wear,DS damage increase 50%/arrowVulcan +20%, add slot,hp+ 20%, Dex +30, Flee + 20, perfect dodge 10

Evolved Majestic Goat- only ws/creator able to wear,add slot, HP+20%,reduce demihuman 15%,Enable effect of the Endure skill,30% Reflect single target attack Magic back at the caster,str +5, Vit +10.

Refined super novice hat- all stat +20, hp/sp+50%, can see invi,reduce demihuman damage 15%.

Added new Custom Item for Ninja
ninja scroll [1]-Agi +15,MHP+5k,Movement speed Up,prefect dodge +20,able to use hide.

Added Hall of Warriors NPC and required NPCS for event- [ A weekly Event ]

Added New Item Giver
[The server now is 99.9 % anti-GM corruption . GMs now must go through a strict procedure to give items , all items given will be filtered and recorded.]

[All GMs cant trade , drop or deal iteams , except if enabled on some certain times - eg Events]

[GMs cant Give players item or give extra stats or REFINE for players anymore - IT is important to provide Fair PLAY for all players . So don't worry about GM corruption anymore

Added one more kafra doll just for looks in the donation section. [ PS , Will try to add more soon <busy with exams and stuff>

Added a notice board in the donation room.
