Gm, my account name is crystal, characther name NaNa. I dont understand why my account has been banned for six years. I was hunting item for my mask using sniper and suddenly got banned. Can you give me an explanation about it tq. I dont think I did anything wrong.

Gms do not ban id for no reason . Might be you did not reply GM or using bots for main account . We do not tolerate hunting bots even if your character is ur legit id .

Please state when u are being ban , date and what time . I'll Check More later on .

Your Id has been restored . I have no idea why it is being ban . Might be a database auto error . I will check more soon .
